Four-piece series of mixed media collages

Casual pigment is a four-piece series based on pairing found materials with abstract painting. Everyday objects are detached from their context and become a part of the works. I attempted to create a space where fine art traditions & everyday actions, images & objects are all suspended in a careful balance with each other.
